Four research themes that organise MESH|Lab's work, from operating systems for medical computing to AI over clinical data.
Our work sits at the intersection of clinical practice and software engineering. We organise it along four research themes — every project on the Projects page belongs to one or more of these.
The themes are not silos. A surgical-planning project may rest on the same operating-system platform we build for monitoring devices, and a robotics simulation may feed training data into a clinical-AI pipeline. The themes describe what kind of problem a project addresses; the team and partner relationships cross-cut.
